What could be better with crisp, clean, Alto Adige whites than a bit of spicy Mexican food? ┬áDuring a Terlano wine tasting at Hi-Time Wine Cellars last Saturday we proved this pairing to be both unexpected and delicious. ┬áThe food was courtesy of Orange County’s own Tamarindo Truck- fresh, traditional Mexican Street food, and the wines were pure Alto Adige.
