Impeccable timing… you already have inspired! I’m going to Frasca Food and Wine (Boulder, CO) tonight for a wine dinner with Winemaker Orlando Pecchenino presenting his wines from Piemonte… I don’t know much about the region or his wines, but I’m sure I’ll learn
